Interview With Prashna Shakya

Singer Prashna Shakya, who have earned a huge popularity with song like “Awaj Deu”, “Hamro Gaule Jiwan”, “A Meri Junkiri Birana” is back in market with her solo album after a long period of gap. Prashna have come back after 6 years gap where she have felt a great differences in recent music environment.

She have gained a huge support from media even after a gap of 6 years. Busy Prashna in her interview and program is excited with everyone’s support.

Though Prashna have step in music industry since her early age, her hobby at childhood was dancing. Her family background was also not related to music. As she aged, she was lured with the music. In her early days of singing carrier, she did not get any support from her family beside her father. She stared her music journey holding the hand of her father.

Singer Prashna was lame at music during her first album released. She learned some knowledge and experience during her second album released. Then, she not only gain the support from her fans but also from her whole family. She is in music industry with a dream of dedication for whole life.

Prashna born in Dharan and finished her schooling from same place. She started her official singing journey from participation Chimeki Sajh Program. She got lots of support from that program. She participated in that singing competition program by holding the hand of her father Balmukunda. She could not grab the first position but been able to grab the attention of lots of people on her. Her this fifth album is the result of same continuity in singing.

Lately in Nepali music industry, the trend of releasing a single song rather than album have come. Singer Prashna also tried to catch this trend. However, the album will remain for long time, so she again released her album. But this does not mean that she will not go back to single track trend.

Lately, song are more watched than listen. Prashna states that the comments on song by observing video will just k!ll the emotion of song. Prashna have hoped that this album will buried a gap of 6 years.
